EATING FRESH WITH SUBWAY

I don’t know about you but when I am out and about for the day it is really easy to get sucked into the vast amount of food court restaurants and treat yourself. In a world of clean eating and trying to make sure you get your daily intake of the necessary dietary recommendations Subway is always one of my go to places.

The new Buffalo Chicken is marinated in an authentic buffalo sauce and topped with a creamy blue cheese dressing. YUM! I always like to add a bit of lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomato and some black olives to complete the sub (or salad) and a touch of salt & pepper. A few cookies for later is also never a bad idea……
