I’ve just returned from a quick trip to Sydney for the weekend, catching up with friends, meeting new people and most importantly spending some time by the ocean. Over the last 6 months I have noticed I am letting far to much stress into my life, most of which is unnecessary, and being by the ocean is an amazing way of letting all that go.
According to research (and a quick google search), being around water gives our brain and our senses a rest from overstimulation.
